Damaged or defective pieces

If a piece arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please tell us as soon as possible with photos. We will repair it, replace it or refund you.

Custom and made-to-order pieces

Custom pieces are made to your size and design, so they cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective, or do not match the confirmed design.

You can cancel free of charge before we start making the piece. Once work has started, the advance covers wood and labour already used and may not be refundable in full.

Refunds

Approved refunds are paid to your original payment method within 7 working days.
